Welcome to the North Jersey Youth Wrestling League Web Site
This site was created to provide the wrestlers, coaches and parents with information pertaining to the NJYWL.  You will find schedules, team rosters, match results, as well as team and wrestler statistics.  In addition, we've included local events and links to other wrestling sites with information on tournaments and wrestling gear.  Please forward any comments or questions to wrestle2@optonline.net.
News and Events
  • The NJYWL kicked off its 2011 - 2012 season on Thursday, December 1st.
    We had a few changes in the league membership this season:
    • New this season, the 50lb weight class is no longer an optional weight class - all bouts at this weight will count toward team scores.
    • Jefferson has moved into the Southern region filling a gap left by Madison, who was unable to field a varsty team
    • Long Valley has dropped out of the league
    • Butler joins us this season for the first time
    • Montville rejoins the league after a several year hiatus
